    Reprieve for Susan Kihika as Court quashes decision to lock her out of Nakuru Senatorial race0

    Nakuru Senatorial aspirant on Jubilee ticket Susan Kihika today received a reprieve after the High Court ruled that Political Parties Tribunal erred and acted against the law by barring her from contesting for the seat. On his ruling , Justice George Odunga said that the tribunal had no jurisdiction to hear and determine the matter.
