Scores injured in Kapenguria,West Pokot county after Jubilee and Kenya African National Union (KANU) clash ahead of President Uhuru Kenyatta’s visit to the county today.

Following the scuffle between the supporters of Incumbent county governor Simion Kachapin and KANU’s John Longapuo who are battling out for gubernatorial seat clashed in Kapenguria town leading to several sustaining injuries.

A number have been rushed to hospital for treatment .

President Kenyatta is expected in the county to address rallies to drum up support for Jubilee in county ahead of August elections.
