Just days after sacking of senior health and procurement officials for auditing purposes, Nandi County Governor has started fulfilling his better health and sanitation agenda with the recent ferrying of medicine kicking off the agenda.

The Governor today flagged off a couple of lorries carrying drugs with an aim of adequately stocking the county health facilities, arguing that the stocking programme will be a continuous thing in the county.

“Today I flagged off a consignment of drugs and other pharmaceuticals from KEMSA. Last week I had promised the people of Nandi that I will ensure all the health facilities in the County are stocked  with sufficient drugs and medical supplies; I am happy that we have delivered the first batch to be distributed to health facilities across the county.”
