The MP decamped to Party for Development. Its leader is Garissa politician Aden Noor though the reason for his short change decision is still a top secret, many analyst point that the chair of parliamentary Security Committee might be on search of haven in a party that is regarded as a more friendly associate of Jubilee party which is popular in Baringo county.
