After intense planning and waiting , the day finally came, with all set for the Jamhuri Fest the expectant crowd was ready to celebrate their holiday in style. First the local talents in the field of spoken word, dance battle – that had a tight competition and modelling, were identified by the able judge bench and awarded accordingly.

The show that was mainly attended by youths between 18 to 30 had to start, artists like Di Madd, Amedy, Jack CK, Disaster Madollar, Maneezy, Dokiche and Propesa who didn’t disappoint the eager fans who were waiting for their unique call to “Ulliam” with all good and rolling the show MC Tsipixi rolled his mic for 7 good hours.

The event being one of a kind Rift News tried and got a couple of reactions from the event organizers Naftune Production team that was short for words and had this to say “Tupatane green stadium 31st.”

In my view the success achieved in the event was a collaborative effort between the audience who were lively and the entertainers who were organized.
