Human rights activist Amos Olempaka has moved to court to challenge Tiaty Constituency legistlature Asman Kamama to hold powerful Parliamentary Security docket .

Mr. olempaka on Thursday together with other leaders filed a case at Kabarnet High Court against Tiaty Mp and Baringo County Speaker William Kamket.

The human rights defender  said the duo should quit public offices and as well  be barred from participating in any elective positions.

Mr. Olempaka noted that recent deaths and displacements  in Baringo North and South constituencies is  blamed from the utterances from the two leaders.

Representing the petioners , the activist pointed out the matter is weighty and has a merit and that justice should be followed since thousands have been left a desperate lot.

He called on the office of the Public Prosecution and National Cohesion and Intergartion Commission (NCIC) and other bodies for the locals to realize justice.

The filing of the case follows the killing of people from Baringo North and South constituencies .

The inter community feuds has also led to displacement of thousands from the volatile Baringo borders.
