Deputy President William Ruto has said Bomet Governor Isaac Ruto is running away from a humiliating defeat having joining the National Super Alliance (NASA).

Speaking on Tuesday night during an Interview with Citizen Television,Ruto termed the move by his fierce critic and political rival Rutto as a fear of defeat  by National Assembly deputy speaker Dr. Joyce Laboso who recently secured a jubilee ticket in just concluded party primaries.

“Rutto is just running away from a humiliating defeat from a lady (Laboso) having joined  former Premier Raila Odinga , Kalonzo Musyoka ,Musalia Mudavidi and Moses Wetangula in the NASA coalition last month,”said Ruto.

Bomet governor who is also Chama Cha Mashinani (CCM) party leader is the only leader who has come out to drum up support for NASA after being named the fifth premier in the outfit.

But Mr. Ruto speaking today in Bomet strongly believes that he will retain his gubernatorial position and said that he does not fear being bundled out of his seat .
