They provide basic services to the poor at an opportune time and pocket massively a percentage of the total fund intended for the poor and development. A few bright lads will notice the discrepancy, but the majority who comprise the poor will not forget the gesture. A small clinic will do it for them. A borehole will do it for the poor. Once such small gestures are completed, the corrupt politician has sealed his win!

So who is to blame for the recycling of corrupt politicians. The large population of poor peasants. They get satisfied with so little and the little they get is a fraction of the total that they deserve.The corrupt politicians love to hang around the clergy. When the poor masses see them at the church fundraisers or church gatherings, the sins of these politicians become washed away. The poor become confused. They ask themselves: if he was corrupt, the pastor could not have hang around him or her. The poor notice the big contributions from the corrupt politicians towards the church. Even if the source is dirty, the church takes the money and the politician feels clean and whole again. The poor lot have forgotten the sins of this dirty politician. Once again, it is the ignorance of our large poverty stricken population that keeps them caged!

The corrupt politicians are very quick to identify individuals in each village who are very influential. Once they win them, they have won the entire community. The few identified village kingmakers have direct lines to mweshimiwa. They update the politician on village matters and you wonder how the politician knows everything about your village. Waitvand see who mweshimiwa meets in town from your local area. They always meet in the evenings at some hotel. “Wanakunywa chai na mweshimiwa.” And so I say Blame it on Kipkemoi! ??Each and every time, mweshimiwa channels small corrupt funds to these village kingpins and asks them to disburse it to other village influentials. A small part is given out to a few of the suffering lot. Some to a bereaved family or some to a family that is in dire need. This small fraction of corrupt funds makes a huge impact. It is what keeps the corrupt politician afloat. The word goes round the village like a bush fire about the generosity of this politician. And now you and I here at whatsapp groups are trapped. You wonder, why is it that he keeps getting re-elected. Each election year you wonder why is he always being re-elected.

Ladies and gentlemen, you now can now debunk the truth. This is a short analysis of how a corrupt politician never looses elections.

The large poverty stricken masses are to blame. The bottom is loose. We stand on a hollow ground! Educate the masses and you will change their perception of reality.

Once you and I see very clearly, the corrupt funds will never be used to deceive us ever again!
