He urged the national the government to fast track and immediately disburse funds to settle the victims in Baringo North .
He also said that the government should set aside a National fund to compensate farmers who loose their livestock due to rustling in the region.
Barwesa Member of County Assembly Joseph Makilap said over 2000 persons were affected by clashes and pleaded the government not to discriminate them while compensating other victims saying they are just like PEV victims from other regions who were compensated.
He said rustling victims in Chemoe, Kagir Yatia, Kapturo and Ngaratuko are still waiting the government to honor their plight.
