Emurua Dikir  MP Johana Ngeno has faulted the treasury Cabinet Secretary, Henry Rotich for what he claims is misinforming Kenyans.

The MP trounced on the budget statement  stating that despite  the CS exempting tax on maize being imported he was writing a recipe of flooding the maize stores which will later deny the North Rift farmers to sell off theirs for a very long period of time or at a fair price.

He further pointed out that the CS should come clear on the  exact tonnes of maize that will be imported and also consider a favorable price that will be friendly to Kenyan farmers considering the high production cost they undergo.
